Simplicity Vs Complexity

This happened during the interview rounds of a prestigious Management Institute of India (IIM-A):

Interviewer said "I shall either ask you ten easy questions or one really difficult question. Think well before you make up your mind!"
A boy thought for a while and said, "my choice is one really difficult question."
"Well, good luck to you, you have made your own choice! Now tell me this.
"What comes first, Day or Night?"
The boy was jolted into reality as his admission depends on the correctness of his answer, but he thought for a while and said,
"It's the DAY sir!"
"How" the interviewer asked.
"Sorry sir, you promised me that you will not ask me a SECOND difficult question!"

He was selected!!

Its well said:
"Technical Skill is the mastery of complexity, while Creativity is the mastery of simplicity"

The Difference

Scene took place on a BA flight between Johannesburg and London . A white woman, about 50 years old, was seated next to a black man. Obviously disturbed by this, she called the air Hostess. "Madam, what is the matter," the hostess asked." You obviously do not see it then?" she responded. "You placed me next to a black man. I do not agree to sit next to someone from such a repugnant group. Give me an alternative seat." "Be calm please," the hostess replied. "Almost all the places on this flight are taken. I will go to see if another place is available." the Hostess went away and then came back a few minutes later. "Madam, just as I thought, there are no other available seats in the economy class. I spoke to the captain and he informed me that there is also a seat in the business class. All the same, we still have one place in the first class." Before the woman could say anything, the hostess continued: "It is not usual for our company to permit someone from the economy class to sit in the first class. However, given the circumstances, the captain feels that it would be scandalous to make someone sit next to someone so disgusting." She turned to the black guy, and said, "Therefore, Sir, if you would like to, please collect your hand luggage, a seat awaits you in first class." At that moment, the other passengers who were shocked by what they had just witnessed stood up and applauded.

One morning in my life

Here I'd like to share a pleasant experience... Its a true experience and may be m not alone but m happy m the first one to write bout it ;-)
One morning in my life:
I woke up early on Tuesday morning... took God's name, turned aside the curtains and rushed to bathroom... I had lot! s of tasks to finish today... my mind completely lost in it: First i have to attend a training session (bad traffic on this route), then rush to office(gotta meet deadlines), a conference call in noon, chat with friends/ post on net/ read my favourite blogs, booking flight tickets for a friend, dinner and finally my much awaited sleep (next reincarnation of Garfield)... M ready for the day, took out my bike and rushed towards training center... and here goes the awful traffic jams of the city draining the last drop of energy through my veins.... Using my best riding skills, i started cutting the traffic... this - that - here -there, i zipped through ahead... finally stopping at a big Massive Jam... some bus broke in between and everyone was stuck... everybody standing there with there engines burning... still waiting for way to clear... we all had works, lots of work... just ! wanted to rush somehow and reach our destination... 10 mins on and we all gave in, turned off our powerful machines... i took off my helmet, and something happened.... I FELT SOMETHING.......
Suddenly i was more aware of my surroundings... i felt the warmth of sunshine coming through the trees... i felt a cool breeze across my face... I can hear the chirping of birds... i can see the smile on the face of a kid running behind a butterfly in side park...
I extended my hand and collected a couple of falling leaves... Like them may be i was so dead to feel the life around me... May be it was an indication that spring is coming... May be its the time, we should start living!!
